Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the Calibrate team to answer common questions about how the app handles your personal data. It is not an independent certification or audit.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and (when you choose to provide them) your display name, avatar, body measurements, nutrition goals, food logs, water intake, step counts, and workout history. These records are what makes daily calibration possible.

How we use it

Your data is used only to power the features inside the app: calculating targets, rendering charts and history, and (when you opt in) sharing public profile fields with other athletes you follow.

Where it lives

Account and tracking data is stored in our managed backend, protected by row-level security so a signed-in user can only read and write their own rows. Connections between your browser and our backend are encrypted in transit.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Profile fields you mark as public (display name, avatar, username, verified status) can be viewed by other users through search and the community page. Everything else stays private to your account.

Your choices

You can update or clear your profile fields at any time from the Profile screen, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us. Removing your account removes the associated rows in our database.
