By creating an account or using Calibrate (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Calibrate to harass other users, scrape data, run automated requests outside the in-app features, or attempt to compromise the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
Health and fitness disclaimer
Calibrate is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Targets, macros, and workout suggestions are generated from the numbers you enter and should not replace guidance from a licensed professional. Consult your doctor before starting any new diet or exercise plan.
Your content
You own the data you log. By using the app you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data so we can show it back to you and (where you opt in) other users you choose to share with.
Availability
We aim to keep Calibrate online and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We may update or change features over time.
Termination
You can stop using Calibrate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or if we have to take the service down.
Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email to the address on file.
